Jürgen
machinery in his blood
Jürgen has been working with machines since he was 19. First for many years on the commercial side, where he got to know his trade, his customers and above all the machines inside out. Later he was one of the founders of Molse Bouwmachines, which he and his partners built into an established name.
Buying and selling used machines in particular turned out to be his thing. Looking at machines, judging what they are still worth and knowing what is – and above all what is not – worth buying. That experienced eye is not something you learn from a book.
After almost 15 years at Molse Bouwmachines, it was time for a new chapter. And the timing was actually perfect. His father André was retiring, but sitting still? That was not really on the cards. He was only too happy to pass on his many years of knowledge of and passion for buckets and attachments to Jürgen.
So at MBM two worlds come together: Jürgen’s experience in machinery and trading, and André’s many years of knowledge of buckets and attachments.
André
over 45 years of bucket expertise
For more than 45 years, André sold excavator buckets and attachments, both in Belgium and far beyond. He started his career at Heroco, saw it through the takeover by Verachtert and, later under Bergerat-Monnoyeur, remained completely at home in the world of buckets.
André has now officially retired. Officially, because sitting still just isn’t for him. Today he is happy to pass on his years of experience and passion for buckets within MBM Huysmans.
Together with his son Jürgen, he is helping to write the new MBM story. Not because he has to, but because he still enjoys it. And perhaps also because buckets simply remain his passion.
Luc
Luc is someone you can put to work in many places – and he’s always happy to roll up his sleeves. As an all-round team member, he helps out wherever needed: in the workshop and warehouse, with transport and everything in between. A real doer and an important link within MBM Huysmans.
Nicky
As Jürgen’s wife, Nicky has followed his career in the machinery world closely for years. She built up her own experience in marketing and sales, and at MBM Huysmans she takes care of part of the administration. Not always in the spotlight, but very much involved behind the scenes.
